Cannabis Desktop Theme for Microsoft Plus
Instructions
To use the theme you should, ideally, have Microsoft Plus installed on your computer. To enjoy the theme without the Plus Pack, you can download Themes Without Plus.
Configure the theme and the screensaver by double-clicking the Themes icon in the Control Panel
