This theme, my first one ever, is based on the place where I am from, Ashtabula Harbor. I encourage constructive criticism since I am new to this and may consider updating this theme or making different themes in the future. Please e-mail me, Cygnus Toad, with your comments.

    All artwork is original except for image to the Jolly Roger (Pirate Flag) which I thought only fitting to steal before I modified it.

    Sound effects and were created and manipulated by yours truly with the exception of the windows start wav which came from  Tranquil Harbor   Madacy Entertainment Group copyright 1996. If you like the sound of it you might consider buying the full length high quality version as I did (from K-Mart).

     *Note: If you are an executive with Madacy and don't care for the free publicity I am providing you with the distribution of this theme, please don't sue me. Just ask me to pull it and I will. I just couldn't resist. I haven't and won't distribute my theme for profit.

    You may distribute this theme at will as long as you do not charge for it in any way and that this document accompanies every download. Transferring this theme to physical media for distribution is prohibited.

     Simply run the included harbor.exe file and the theme will install itself. Choose the proper resolution of the Harbor Theme in your theme manager, apply and viola!  You may delete you downloaded files now.

      If your theme manager is incapable of changing the Documents icon in Win 98 or you have Win 95. I suggest a freeware theme manager called Desktop Architect. It is full featured and free.
