Pros:
Based on the Dragon Ball Z Japan anime series, this multi-theme pack contains a series of desktop settings for 4 different theme environments. Each theme comes with 2 theme files for easy application of 1024x768 or 800x600 pixel JPG wallpaper images and completely different sets of desktop icons. Quality cursors and stereo sound files are also included.

Cons:
The sound files are uncompressed and the Start Windows sound association alone is around 3.5 MB! There's a logo file included but it's the Windows 98/ME default. There are no additional logos, web view images or screen saver files included.

Overall:
Included parts are high quality but a little sound compression would be a nice touch. Throw in some additional parts and this one's a winner. As it is, Dragon Ball Z fans should still check it out.
