This well crafted desktop theme package includes beautifully rendered 3D graphics of hot air balloons in 800x600 or 1024x768 JPG wallpaper images. In addition to the stunning graphics, the sound files are also a core focus in this theme package. They are all from the album of the same name by David Arkenstone and they really give this theme an element of relaxation, letting your mind float away to the Valley in the Clouds.
