Pros:
Japanese anime is always an eye catcher and this theme package holds the same eye catching principles in more than one area. The desktop is a 1024x768 JPG wallpaper image with smaller section captures as desktop icons. The same image is also used in the system logo screens. Other parts include a set of inverse cursors, stereo sound files, and the 'Dragonwick' true type font. A screen saver (*.scr) file is also included for optional installation.

Cons:
Some of the sound files are a little abrupt and it lacks installation instructions in the text file. Web view images are not included and the screen saver simply does not do much of anything but show a static image and play a song.

Overall:
Personally, I'd add more contrast to the graphics as well. Japanese anime fans will probably want to check it out even as it is though.
