Pros:
If you're looking for a creepy Halloween type of theme in a low file size, here it is. There are various sounds from horror movies, some photo quality icons, one good animated cursor, and a wallpaper file.

Cons:
Some of the sounds could use some tweaking and the wallpaper file is just too small with an ugly signature on it. Another cursor or two to meet theme standards would be horrific.

Overall:
Keep the signatures in the readme.txt file. If you must, at least place it in the lower corner and wash it. That's the only thing really keeping this from a better rating.
