Pros:
It's Jackie Chan and he'll kick you in the can. Well, something like that. The cursors are clearly the best part of this theme. The normal select, busy, working in the background, and help cursors are all originally animated and relate directly to Jackie Chan in action.

Cons:
The color scheme is the Windows 95 default. There are logo shutdown and wait files but no startup file. The wallpaper is a nice idea but too rough. It looks blurry in some places and rugged in others. There are no max/min restore up/down sound files (which some theme fans could live without). Overall, just not enough sound and those that are included could be taken from a better source.

Overall:
Wallpaper, sounds, and color scheme need some attention. Jackie Chan fans should go for it.
