Pros:
If you're looking for something bizarre and maybe even a little entertaining, this Resident Evil 3 theme may be the answer to your search. It's not exactly what one would expect in an "evil" game setting but there are some out of the ordinary theme parts to say the least. Sound files range from droll lines like the one in the Aliens movie "That's it man. Game over man... game over!" to Dr. Evil's pronunciation lesson "It's eeeeviiil... like it's the fruits of the Devil. Eeeeeviiillll." Cursors are all very "different" and that's in all probability an understatement. The wallpaper is a 1377x929 pixel JPG of blurry death and destruction. Wait a second... that's not a good thing.

Cons:
Yes, the wallpaper is way out of focus. Not to be rude but it's not worth displaying on the desktop. The theme code is also for Windows 98 users only. 'Software\Classes' should be removed from the icon references for Windows 95 users. There's no "help" cursor included and even worse, there are no installation instructions to tell you that this zip archive must be extracted to the main "themes" directory. The theme software used to create this theme includes code that isn't compatible with Microsoft Plus!, causing the wallpaper to appear even worse than it already is (ThemeColorBPP=8, ThemeImageBPP=8). That will need to be removed as well. The remaining parts are thrown together from various other sources.

Overall:
If you want to check out this small download for yourself, just remember that everything extracts to the main theme directory. Other than that, some original "quality" along with a color scheme that we can "work" with would be nice if a future update is conceivable.
