Pros:
This Theme is Dedicated to the movie Rush Hour, starring Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker.

Cons:
Just a bunch of low quality pictures thrown together with other borrowed theme parts. The sound files are in 'Creative Labs ADPCM' format, which is not a compatible sound format for most sound cards so... THERE IS NO SOUND! The cursors are all the standard 3D type. The icons and small 640x480 JPG wallpaper graphics are poorly contrasted photo images of scenes from the movie.

Overall:
Overall, it's a waste of bandwidth.
