Pros:
It's Skuld from Oh! My Godess in her own desktop theme! Parts include an 800x600 JPG wallpaper image with a matching pink color scheme, 5 character face desktop icons, 2 new cursors, and 10 PCM sound files.

Cons:
The 800x600 pixel wallpaper image isn't set to stretch or shrink for various display sizes. The standard 3D type 'Help Select' cursor doesn't have a question mark in it. In fact, it's the same as the 'Normal Select' and almost all the cursor are the standard 3D type. Web view images are included but they're the default Windows 98 images. Sound compression seems essential here with more than 4 MB or wasted drive space on sound files and there aren't even enough to go with the average number of sound associations. System logo screens and screen saver settings are not included. Most importantly, the entire theme is hard coded from an "E:\themestuff\" directory location instead of the default %ThemeDir% path.
