Pros:
Theme pack includes an 800x600 JPG wallpaper image, 2 new animated Flash cursors, 12 static cursors, 9 DC comic icons and 10 PCM sound files.

Cons:
A couple of leftover images used to make two of the icons are included but should probably be deleted. Web view images and screen saver settings are referenced but missing. System logo screens are not included. Sound files are average quality mono cuts with crackling and abrupt cutting on the ends.

Overall:
It certainly looks and sounds like A FAST THEME creation.
