To install these theme, the computer requires the MPEG Layer 3 compressor that it include the Windows 95 C, Windows 98 1st. and 2nd. edition and the Windows ME systems. If you can´t hear them, you may need to install Microsoft Netshow Version 2.0, available at: http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/netshow20/05000.htm .

For the theme work appropietly, unzip the files in the main directory, by general is in "C:\". If you are running the WinZip program, don´t click in the "Install" button, because the program doesnt extract all files and the theme will be incomplete. The files go automaticaly to Program Files\Plus!\Themes\Mexico, Program files\Internet Explorer\Bitmaps, Windows\System, Windows\Fonts, Windows\Web, Windows folders and the main directory. If you are running a spanish version, please cut and paste the folder named Mexico to C:\Archivos de Programa\Plus!\Temas\, with your executable file (.theme).
