Pros:
There's a lot of stuff to play around with in this theme package. Check this out... 315 files for Pokemon fanatics! There are 55 cursors, 165 icons, 59 sound files, a couple of system logo screens, several wallpaper images and 4 screen savers included. Pikachu is everywhere!

Cons:
Sound quality is a little inconsistent. There's only one theme file but many theme settings. Several cursors, wallpaper and a screen saver are included redundantly as different filenames or file types. Interestingly enough, a 'working in the background' cursor is not assigned and none of the screen savers are assigned correctly in the theme code.

Overall:
Most importantly, get rid of the redundant files. Then add a few extra properly coded theme files to apply alternative theme settings and this theme will be great!
