Pros:
Well, if you don't like Bill Gates, Microsoft, or Windows 98, this is the theme for you. The title states it all. There are only a few parts included but the ones that are here are worth a laugh.

Cons:
There just aren't enough parts to really be considered a complete theme package. No readme.txt file for installation instructions. (Gee, I wonder why?)

Overall:
The small file size makes it worth downloading for the laugh, even if it is just a short laugh.
