Pros:
As the author states... "This is a high-quality theme, similar to the quality found in the standard �Microsoft Plus! Pack. The various files were found at numerous sites on the WEB, some Icons and cursors are custom-made. The sounds were assembled from many different sources and the pointers are standard �Microsoft files, with different colors."

Cons:
Yes, it's very "similar" since most of the theme parts are straight form the copyright Microsoft Plus! CD. Needless to say, there are too many default theme parts. The cursors, most of the sound files, and even the color scheme are a waste download time. Some users will have to download a 'CNCS232.DLL' file to get the screen saver to work.

Overall:
The extra wallpaper images are nice but it's not worth the time it takes to download.
