Pros:
This one is atomic. It's three explosive themes in a single package. Completely different high quality 800x600 BMP wallpaper images for the desktop with matching color schemes and theme files to apply the setting of your choice. Amazingly, there are different desktop icons, cursors, and sound files for each theme as well. An appropriate font file is also included.

Cons:
Unfortunately, it's for Windows 98 users only since the code does not load desktop icons for Windows 95 users. The 'Software\Classes\' portion must be removed from the code for compatibility with both operating systems. The "Stormtroopers" setting doesn't reference 'Start Windows' and 'Exit Windows' sound files properly.

Overall:
However, with 3 cool settings to choose from, it's just out freakin' standing! Only needs a minor adjustment for Windows 95 theme fans so the icons will load.
