Pros:
A direct descendant from the game, this theme is adult oriented. Especially the Start Windows sound file. Everything reflects the Duke Nukem 3D look and feel. The desktop icons stand out the most.

Cons:
The 1,407kb bitmap wallpaper file looks more like a highly compressed 138k jpg file. There are a lot of sound files too but the quality is low rate.
