Pros:
It's Earthworm Jim from the Cartoon Network and this one is only for die-hard Earthworm Jim fans. The best part is the startup and shutdown logo files.

Cons:
The sound files are all low quality mono snips from the cartoon series. The wallpaper is an oddly sized 629x480 blurry and pixilated JPG image. There are plenty of extra icons but the Network Neighborhood icon and the Empty Recycle Bin icons are the same. There are a couple of decent animated cursors but most of the cursors are the standard 3D type.

Overall:
Change the icon association, get a better wallpaper image, and clean up the sound files.
