Pros:
Very Good theme with photo-montage wallpaper. Its focus is on Frank Black, the main character. It's blended extremely well, crisp quality, and really works well with the color scheme and fonts. It has a real foreboding feel about it. The logo screens are really quite good as well.

Cons:
Well... the 'busy' and 'working' animated cursors are the same cursor, and though it's fully sounded, it uses MS Plus Mystery theme sounds for filler. This works well with the theme overall and actually helps the theme create that foreboding feel.

Overall:
Very good job. It feels like the darker side of Millennium. Definite download. Though it doesn't ship with a screen saver, the read me file gives you a URL for one.
