Pros:
Looking at the wallpaper alone is enough to gather the cosmetic humor surrounding this theme package. It's a good 800x600 JPG wallpaper image of the two main characters doing their wacky thing. All the sounds from this theme are from "Opus and Bill" and will surely stir up the imagination. There are a few good animated cursors for working and busy and the transparent icons are really clean around the edges.

Cons:
Love the animated cursors but there's room for improvement in this area. Simply adding a few more unique cursors is the cure for this theme package.

Overall:
Kids and "Opus and Bill" fans got to have this one. It's bordering 4 stars as it is!
