Pros:
Waka! Waka! Waka! Buuuwuuwuuwuu... Wup! Wup! Not sure about the spelling but those are the first words that came to mind when checking out this theme. It's PAC MAN all the way and considering it was actually put together in 1996 it's great. The sound files are all straight from the game and cut perfectly. The icons and animated cursors are also perfect representations of those first arcade game creations.

Cons:
The bitmap wallpaper is a strange size at 630x630 and could also use a little more color.

Overall:
More color and a few more cursors would bring this one up to date but it's worth the download even as it is.
