Pros:
Gee, how hard could it possibly be to make this theme when most of the parts are straight from the Red Alert CD Theme Pack? With that in mind, you can look forward to some of the best quality possible. If you've ever played the game, you should know what to expect. A centered 640x434 bitmap wallpaper image, plenty of nicely cut sound files, high quality icons, and entertaining cursors. There's an added feature in this one too. A startup logo file.

Cons:
The "Working in the background" cursor is not associated correctly. There's a lack of cursors as well.

Overall:
A few more cursors and a little more originality would make this one even better.
