Pros:
Well, here's another theme with most of the parts straight from the Red Alert CD Theme Pack. As with the other Red Alert theme by this theme author, you can look forward to some of the best quality possible. If you've ever played the game, you should know what to expect. A centered 640x436 bitmap wallpaper image, plenty of nicely cut sound files, high quality icons, and entertaining cursors. There are a couple of added features in this one too. A startup logo and better cursors.

Cons:
Lacks cursors.

Overall:
A little more originality and more cursors would make this one even better.
