Pros:
Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo? Well, I'll tell you where... Right here in an outstanding theme package. To start with, just unzip this file to a temporary location and click on the installation bat file to completely load everything from the theme itself to the screen saver and logo files. Installation couldn't be easier! Top it all off with the highest quality in every area of the multimedia environment and you couldn't ask for more. William Shakespeare would be proud.

Cons:
The text size under display appearance is a little too big. It would be great for those that are blind but for the average user, most application tool bars will become too large to work with comfortably. The sound files are all "PCM,11,025 Hz, 8 Bit, Mono" and you may get tired of hearing the word "Romeo" since it's tied to the "Menu popup" sound association.

Overall:
Some stereo sound under compression and a minor text size adjustment would truly place this theme above the rest. It's still worthy of a Doctor's Choice award.
