Pros:
A single 'Smart' car theme package with a JPG wallpaper for 1024x768 or 800x600 display sizes. Other Smart parts include 5 cutout type desktop icons, 1 file icon, 18 cursors, and a set of system logo screens.

Cons:
It's another theme referenced from a strange directory path and without any installation instructions, it pretty much limits the use. System logo screens are in bitmap format, which means they'll need to be changed to system file format for PLUS! theme users that need to install them manually. Sound files, web view images, and screen saver settings are not included.

Overall:
It could use some sound and a few more additions but most importantly, we need to get past those directory path issues in the code. Other than that, it's not a bad set of files.
