Pros:
Here's another cool looking 3D type South Park wallpaper with all the usual cute little South Park icons and cursors but...

Cons:
Unfortunately, this one is coded to load from a directory on your desktop instead of the 'default=%themedir%' location. Sound files are poorly recorded and some are very long... like an entire song. Since there are no installation instructions, it may end up in the trash before it even stands a chance. A few other executable files are included but I didn't have the guts to go that far.

Overall:
If you want a great "looking" theme setting, here it is. However, don't even think about playing around with all the other stuff, especially the sound files. They're just a waste of bandwidth if you ask me.
