Pros:
Cool! This theme is not bad at all. There's a variation in the sound files from most of the other South Park themes and nothing really stands out as annoying. All the cursors and icons are outstanding parts from other South Park themes. You might say it's the best of the best.

Cons:
There aren't as many wacky animated cursors as there are in some of the other South Park themes. The sound files are funny but could use some filtering. There's just too much background noise and hissing. Beware! There's also a little profanity here and there.

Overall:
Better sound would make this one even better. South Park fans, come and get it!
