Pros:

It's in the title, it's in the graphics and it's definitely in the sound with 10 high quality stereo clips from the song crystal Blue Persuasion. Those parts and more are package in a Desktop Architect type self-installer for easy installation, which includes your choice of 800x600, 1024x768 or 1152x867 JPG wallpaper images, desktop icons, cursors, web view images, a screen saver and a set of system logo screens in an option logo installer file.

Cons:
Several cursors are the standard type.

Overall:
Jumping off track here but is this really blue? Either way, it's a very good theme for those that enjoy the fractal look.
