Pros:
Theme Hospital is a good high quality theme that has been put together with surgical skill and respect for the game itself. The animated cursors are perfect... a comment you would expect from a doctor. Most of the icons and wallpaper are also right from the game and represent it very well. --- This update makes installation easier with a self-extracting archive.

Cons:
The wav files have been surgically fused to create a unique mixture in sound, however, some of the incisions were marked poorly.

Overall:
More fading in and out between sounds could do this theme justice. Though easily adjustable, I still think we should all stick with a white window in the color scheme for those of us that use HTML and script editors.
