Pros:
Here's a zip file reloaded with high quality graphics and sound based on the second movie in the Matrix series. Parts include 4 desktop icons, 15 green cursors, 9 PCM sound files, and an amazing count of 15 different desktop wallpaper images. To finish it off, the very cool Matrix Code Emulator screen saver is also included.

Cons:
Unfortunately, there's some missing code here. In fact, it's not really a theme! The problem is based on the simple reality that this package does not contain a main theme (*.theme) file to load any of the parts. (Ouch! Hopefully the theme author just forgot to include that. Needless to say, we're waiting for an update.)

Overall:
This package gets a lower rating because of the missing theme file. Matrix fans should probably go ahead and download this for the high quality parts though. Just be prepared to do some manual file associating after you extract the contents.
