Pros:
Make way for the Raiders! And make way for some of the coolest looking steel texture desktop icons and animated cursors to date. Three different 800x600 or 1024x768 JPG theme settings are included with shared sound files that are very relative the Raiders football spirit. Artistically cool system logo screens are also included along with an extra true type font and an original Oakland Raiders Cheerleaders screen saver to complete this package.

Cons:
The 'Exit Windows' sound file is appropriate for a Raiders setting but just too long for use with Windows shutdown. Just hope you don't have to reboot very often.

Overall:
These awesome looking icons and cursors make this theme a Super Bowl winner.
