Pros:
Senatus Populus Que Romanus is based on the Roman Empire period and the phrase means "The Senate and the People", which was often used by the Romans to refer to the state. Theme parts include a perfectly clear 1280x1024 bitmap wallpaper image, extra marble texture tile wallpaper for optional settings, 5 cutout type icons, 16 sound captures from the Gladiator movie, nearly all new well crafted cursors, web view images and an image filled screen saver.

Cons:
A couple of the cursors are the standard type, which is not something that would normally be a con with so many other great cursors already included but these two really stand out as plain old ugly additions in comparison with all the new ones. System logo screens are not included.

Overall:
At least make a couple more original cursors to go with the all the other outstanding creations. Either way, this is a must for any Roman Empire fan.
