Pros:
Another update for the better. This theme now includes better sound files under higher compression. A theme file has been added for each of the 4 desktop wallpaper settings for easier application. Now it's undoubtedly ready to kick some life back into your monitor. There are a few original cursors, desktop icons, some of the highest quality sound files, and 4 different 640x480 bitmap wallpaper images for alternate settings.

Cons:
Considering the slightly pixilated image quality, these 256 color bitmap wallpapers could easily be included as JPG images to cut down on the file size even more.

Overall:
Either way, it still kicks and Street Fighter Zero 2 fans should go for it.
